One of the best features is the automatic New Listing Alerts. All you have to do is enter your real estate search criteria and we’ll do the rest. Each day, we’ll search the added listings from the previous day and send you an email with the ones that match what you’re looking for. If none of them match, we’ll wait to send you an email until new ones do. This means that all the emails you receive will have relevant information with the specifics you want! There’s no need to search the area’s real estate database daily – unless you just love our website so much you want to! We’ll do all the work for you in a hassle free way. Best of all, we’re searching and sending all listings across the Florida panhandle, not just our company ones like some other places do.
As a VIP member, you can also save a search to return to it later or select favorites to reference another time. This is a great feature if you find something you like at work and want to find it quickly at home to show your family. Just save it as a favorite and it will be waiting for you later. Everyone can take advantage of our Sharing feature and email the listing or post it to Facebook, Twitter or other social networks, but only VIP members can create a “Favorites” page customized for them!
