2. Pending date of the property purchased and purchaser’s vacation stay must fall between 01-01-11 and 12-31-11

Value of property determines the amount of credit you’ll receive at closing!

$95,000-$149,999 –  $750 credit

$150,000-$249,999 – $1,000 credit

$250,000-$349,999 – $1,500 credit

$350,000 or higher – $2,000 credit
