Teri Davis, Broker Associate – Teri has enjoyed a career in various areas of the real estate industry. Her past experience includes working over 12 years for a Savings and Loan in the lending department as the closer for central Ohio and over 14 years in Atlanta as a legal assistant for real estate attorneys. All of her previous experience has provided her with an overall knowledge and the skills to process a successful, smooth transaction.

Teri has worked with corporate clients on the national level, managing the sales of employee homes and assisting with the purchase at their new location. She is relocation certified and has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation.

She specializes in the purchase and sale of single and multi-family homes, condominiums, investment properties and land in the areas of Destin, Miramar Beach, 30-A in Walton County and the Sandestin communities. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Emerald Coast Association, Accredited Buyers Representative and has earned her Broker’s designation.
