Spencer is an Executive Real Estate Broker, licensed in both Arkansas and Florida.  He is an experienced multi-million dollar agent and has extensive knowledge of the real estate market. Spencer is a former state legislator that passed Arkansas’ first warranty of habitability for tenants along with other transformational legislation. Spencer has also been inducted into Omega Tau Rho, an exclusive fraternity of REALTORS® with around only four thousand members. He frequently teaches and speaks on various topics pertaining to business, personal goals, and real estate.
