Ryan came to Florida from Atlanta to attend FSU, earning a bachelor degree in Finance and Hospitality Administration. Ryan spent  the next 25 years immersed in the hotel and vacation rental lodging business, working for well known brands like Marriott, Hilton, and Wyndham.  Ryan worked in an executive corporate role with Vacasa until May 2020, when he transitioned to Vacasa Real Estate. Ryan also owns Lazy Days Beach Rentals, the largest beach concession operator on the Panhandle. Ryan is married to his wonderful wife Maria and has 3 beautiful children, Noa, Koa, and Tristand.
