Linda’s Story
Linda McKnight’s expertise goes beyond real estate. She understands tax, finance and estate planning and can relate to financial motivations for the purchase of real estate. Linda is knowledgeable of the commercial and public developments that will affect properties and is able to provide information about all of the newer projects at the beach, their amenities and pricing to help buyers make appropriate comparisons. She goes above and beyond for her customers, even helping them buy new furniture.  Linda knows good sources for painters, drapery and furniture and recommends those she has personally used in the past for her own units. She loves this area for its incredible white beaches and because it’s a safe community with great schools. Linda never gives up and has a lot of patience. She admits she is a bit of a perfectionist.
