Prior to rejoining ResortQuest, Ken was a Broker-Sales Associate with St. Joe Company specializing in the communities of WaterColor & WaterSound from 2000 to late 2007. From 1995 to 2000, Ken was Sales Manager for Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort and managed the sale of 350 new resort properties representing approximately $77,000,000 in sales. Ken has also provided successful marketing & sales of bank owned and RTC properties since 1984.
