Over 16 years experience as a Realtor on the emerald coast has taught me that understanding the needs of customers and clients is crucial to a successful career.
I specialize in marketing and selling resort property. Most of my customers are second home owners or real estate investors who reside out of state. They depend on me to be their eyes and ears on the Emerald Coast and want fast and reliable information. I take their confidence in me seriously, and am committed to providing each customer with the resources they need to make informed and timely decisions.
I think buying and selling property should be as comfortable and as much fun as possible and believe that research and preparation (along with cotton clothing and walking shoes) help make that happen.

Rebecca's Story
Born in south Mississippi, and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, I spent many summer vacations on the Emerald Coast with my family. I knew even then that I would some day make this coast my home. My husband and I moved here in 1985 to help bring Louisiana cuisine to this part of the panhandle by helping friends open what became a wildly popular restaurant in Grayton Beach. That’s where I learned that it is easy to sell what you love.
We fell in love not only with the natural beauty of the area, but with the lifestyle, the people, and the sense of community. We have watched this area develop and change, raised two children and learned of its history from some of the oldest members of the community.
It seems many who have excelled it the arts are drawn here; visual artists, musicians, singers, dancers and accomplished chefs among them. Even in tiny Santa Rosa beach I have found excellent instructors who have helped me learn dance, yoga, conga drumming, and even one who coached me all the way to a black belt in Tae Kwon Do!
